1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jordydetailco.com (the "Site") and the interior detailing services ("Services") offered by Jordy Detail Co. ("Jordy Detail Co.," "we," "us"), an owner-operated auto detailing business serving Orange County, California. By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Services

Jordy Detail Co. provides interior vehicle detailing, including deep interior detailing, carpet and fabric extraction, steam and stain work, and pet hair removal. Services are performed by appointment at times and locations agreed directly with you.

3. Quotes and pricing

Advertised pricing (for example, "Deep Interior Detail from $100") is a starting price only. Final pricing depends on your vehicle's size, condition, and the work required. Quotes are provided after you submit the quote form and photos. A quote is an estimate and is not binding until confirmed by us at booking.

4. Booking and payment

Appointments are confirmed through direct communication with us (via the quote form, Instagram, phone, or text). Payment terms are communicated at booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the Services.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Life happens — contact us as early as possible through the channel you booked through to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Vehicle condition and personal property

You are responsible for removing valuables and personal items from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for loss of personal property left in the vehicle. Pre-existing damage (rips, burns, cracked trim, mechanical faults) is noted where visible and is not caused or worsened by our work; certain stains, odors, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed regardless of effort.

7. The Redline assistant

The Site includes an automated assistant ("Redline"). Redline is an automated tool, not a human, and not an agent acting with authority to bind us. Information Redline provides — including any pricing ranges — is informational only and does not constitute a quote, booking, or agreement. Do not share sensitive personal information (government IDs, financial account numbers, passwords) in the chat.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping, no attempting to break or overload it, no submitting false or fraudulent quote requests, no using the Site to harass anyone.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, images, video, the JORDY DETAIL CO. name and JD logo are owned by Jordy Detail Co. and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jordy Detail Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change, and continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
