1. Plain-English summary

We collect only what we need to quote and perform detailing work for you: your name, a way to reach you, your vehicle, your city, and what your interior needs. We do not sell your data. We do not run ad trackers on this Site today. This policy explains the details and your California rights.

2. What we collect

Quote form: name, phone number or Instagram handle, vehicle (year/make/model), city, service interest, and anything you choose to tell us in the notes field.

Redline assistant: the conversation you type (vehicle, city, and the issue you pick) stays in your browser until you choose to continue to the quote form. Redline responses are generated on your device and are not stored by us.

Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. A rate-limit counter tied to your IP address is stored briefly to prevent spam submissions.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your quote request, schedule and perform the Services, communicate with you about your booking, and keep the Site secure and spam-free. We use your information only for these purposes.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: Cloudflare (Site hosting, form storage, and security) and Resend (email delivery of your quote request notification). These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies today. If we ever add analytics or advertising pixels, this policy will be updated first and, where required, we will obtain your consent.

6. Retention

Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to quote, book, and complete the related work, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Rate-limit entries expire automatically within minutes.

7. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, use the quote form (write "Privacy Request") or message @jordydetailco.

8. Children

The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in access-controlled storage operated by Cloudflare. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords) through the form or chat.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
