END USER
LICENSE AGREEMENT.
Effective: August 29, 2026
1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Jordy Detail Co. and covers your use of the jordydetailco.com website, the Redline automated assistant, and related digital materials (together, the "Software"). By using the Software you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not use the Software. This EULA supplements, and does not replace, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. License grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for its intended purpose: learning about our Services and requesting a quote. You may view pages and use the assistant on any device you own or control.
3. Restrictions
You may not: copy or redistribute the Software or its content except for personal, non-commercial use; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law; use the Software to operate a competing business, train machine-learning models, or build a derivative dataset; interfere with or disrupt the Software; or represent yourself as Jordy Detail Co.
4. The Redline assistant
Redline is an automated, rules-based assistant. It does not use generative AI, it does not learn from you, and it is not a human. Its responses are informational only, may be incomplete, and never constitute a quote, booking, contract, or professional advice. Quotes are issued only by Jordy Detail Co. after reviewing your vehicle and photos.
5. Ownership
The Software, including its design, text, images, video, code, and the JORDY DETAIL CO. name and JD logo, is and remains the property of Jordy Detail Co. This EULA gives you no ownership rights.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Software at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature.
7. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jordy Detail Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.
9. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach this EULA. We may also revoke it at any time. Sections 5, 7, and 8 survive termination.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue is Orange County, California.
